Shipping Times
Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PST).
All orders are shipped from Daly City, California, by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground the same day when received by 3:00 p.m. (PST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please see the map below for ground shipping times from Northern California. Saturday delivery is not available.
Orders for 3-day shipping will be changed to Ground when Ground will arrive in 1 or 2 days.
International Orders
US, Canada, and Puerto Rico orders only. Contact us by email at info@clippermill.com for a pro-forma invoice and international shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes on shipments to Canada. This is a separate charge, which will be assessed at the border by UPS. We are unable to estimate these charges. Please contact UPS directly for more information at 1-800-782-7892.
Order Requirements
7.25% California state sales tax will be added to orders shipping to California. Minimum order is $50.00 before shipping. A $15.00 fee will be added to orders less than $50.00.

Returns are subject to approval by the Sales Department. Please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. No returns after 30 days. No returns from event planning/catering companies.
