Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST).
All orders are shipped from Daly City, California. Orders placed before 3:00 pm will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
Please see the map below for ground shipping times from Northern California. Saturday delivery is not available. Overnight orders placed before 3:00pm Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders for 3-day shipping will be changed to Ground when Ground will arrive in 1 or 2 days.
7.25% California state sales tax will be added to orders shipping to California. Minimum order is $35.00 before shipping.

Please call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. No returns after 30 days. All returns must be unused, and in original packaging. No returns from event planning or catering companies.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly packed items. Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. Your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods.
