Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING POLICY
The minimum order requirement is $35 before shipping. Currently, we only ship to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Shipping To Canada
The customer is liable for any duties & taxes incurred at the border. Fedex/UPS will call the number on the order to collect taxes.

Shipping Times
We’re committed to delivering our products expeditiously, so all orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., CST). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, TX. Orders placed before 3:30 p.m. (CST) during business days, will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. (CST), on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available. Weekends are not counted as shipping days.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Because our products are generally shipped within 48 hours, it is important to contact us immediately if a change is needed to your shipping address. You will not be charged any fees if the change in shipping address is made prior to your order being packaged and shipped. If your order has already gone through our shipment process before the address change is made, your order will be treated as a return. Returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge - up to a maximum of $50.

 

RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). You can request an RMA number by accessing your account and selecting the order you'd like to return or by calling 888-307-4591. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label or written on the outside of the box you're shipping back. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid. All returns are subject to inspection. If goods are deemed not in sellable condition, credit will not be issued and the return merchandise authorization will be voided. Sellable condition is defined as the following:

    • Product is in the original box and packaging
    • Product is unused

Please Note: returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge - up to a maximum of $50.

On all returns, BreadBaskets.com must be notified within thirty (30) days from the date of original shipment to receive a return merchandise authorization. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days from the issuance of the return merchandise authorization. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date a return merchandise authorization was issued. The customer will be notified and given ten (10) business days to advise disposition of any unacceptable returns. If no response is received, goods will be discarded at our discretion. 

 

CANCEL / MODIFY ORDERS
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If an order is already in the process of being packed to ship, we will be unable to cancel the order. To modify or cancel an order, please contact a Customer Service Representative by calling 888-307-4591. If we are unable to cancel an order because it has already been shipped, please see our Return Policy.
